Recomendação
Adultos e adolescentes vivendo com HIV que tenham reação desconhecida ou positiva ao teste tuberculínico e nos quais a TB ativa tenha sido excluída com segurança devem receber pelo menos 36 meses de terapia preventiva com isoniazida (TPI). A TPI deve ser dada a tais indivíduos independentemente de estarem ou não em uso de TARV. A TPI também deve ser dada independentemente do grau de imunossupressão, do histórico de tratamento de TB e de possível gestação
