Treat children and adults with uncomplicated P. falciparum malaria (except pregnant women in their first trimester) with one of the following ACTs:
- artemether + lumefantrine
- artesunate + amodiaquine
- artesunate + mefloquine
- dihydroartemisinin + piperaquine
- artesunate + sulfadoxine–pyrimethamine (SP).
