Notes and Remarks
Practical info The GDG made a recommendation against using convalescent plasma in those with severe or critical COVID-19 outside the context of a clinical trial and a strong recommendation against using convalescent plasma for treatment of patients with non-severe COVID-19. Many practical issues exist related to convalescent plasma, including but not limited to: identification and recruitment of potential donors; collection of plasma; storage and distribution of plasma; and infusion of convalescent plasma into recipients.
